Capcom - Street Fighter Series

Midway - Mortal Kombat Series

Namco - Tekken/Soul Calibur Series

SNK - King of Fighers/Fatal Fury

You forgot Sega, the Virtua Fighter series is for sure the best fighting game around, 4 was arguable one of the best games for PS2.

but out of the choices I went with Capcom because I'm a sucker for the hadouken fireball.

It was tough between Capcom and Namco because I have fond memories of both of their series (in particular, Street Fighter II and Tekken 2 & 3). However, I ended up going with Capcom because Street Fighter IV was my most recent fighting game purchase (discounting BlazBlue, whose creator wasn't an option).

Too bad I was playing SNES when I was 3 and 4 years old bro lol. And yes I had the original Street Fighter games. Great shit man

SNK had so many awesome fighting games on the Neo-Geo. Last Blade, Samurai Showdown, Fatal Fury, Waku Waku 7, etc.
