I started it two days ago, I'm about 70 pages in or so. It's been extremely insightful and touching so far. Has anyone else read this? I feel like, as I read it, Bobby Kennedy is almost like a character in a fiction novel the way he is portrayed by the author. It's great the way he details his emotions and his actions.

I've had this on my Amazon list thing for awhile now. Once I get enough free cash I'll get to it.

How many years did his assassination hold this nation back?

A progressive movement actually taking place a bit earlier than it has/will.

A progressive movement actually taking place a bit earlier than it has/will.The way the author describes his campaign, it reminds me of Obama's campaign.

Yeah, but Kennedy was far more willing to be controversial than Obama is. But yes, the similarities are undeniable.

Oh, definitely. I meant as far as talking points, and the fact that people liked to use the words "hope" and "change" in both campaigns.
