i think i went in with my expectations way too high.

i was always a huge andy kaufman fan and was stoked to see this in theaters. but left extremely disappointed and never watched it again.

i need to give it another watch to see if i still feel the same.

People, the title of the movie was named after the song REM penned of the same name in 1992 (which, yes, was on the soundtrack as well); however, I was refering to "The Great Beyond," which was written for the film.

But yeah, thanks for understanding, Matt, haha. I need to get it (and a lot more REM) on my iPod.
