sterotypes are just sterotypes, the aren't some evil thing that nobody should do. some sterotypes are acurate, some are not (maybe most), but they aren't nessesarily a bad thing.

like how insurance companies stereotype teenage guys to be the most dangerous drivers on the roads. nothing personal, just history. I am sure that not every teenage guy is a dangerous driver, but stereotypes save time. does every insurance company have the time to check up on every aspect of the teenagers life and be able to trust them behind a wheel? no, so they stereotype

People can only be racists towards the majority, think about it. The white male is so disadvataged by affirmitive action, and what not. Add up the numbers of all the minorities, and then see who is the real minority. Racism works both ways, I hate when people don't see that.

For example, we have all heard the sayings:
"White boys can't jump" or "White boys can't rap"

What if a white person said:
"If white people can't rap, then black people can't rock."

Imagine how much crap that person would have to take for saying that publicly.

I thought that was the reason; however, I never did say my parents, I said family. Anyone would assume parents though. My parents aren't Democrat either. Glad everything is cool.
