I'm trying to think of old Disney Channel shows that I can't remember the names of.

Help me out!

Theres one in particular where they would tell scary stories around a campfire and then at the end of every episode one of the kids would get a bucket of water and put the fire out.

Does anyone remember it?

Best post ever.

I also used to love when they played the old school toons. Like Merry Melodies and stuff. Those are my favorite.

there's no nostalgia for old disney channel shows because almost NO one had it back in the day. this was pre-FIOS/IO stuff where everyone now has 100channels minimum....

i remember the free weekends. There was this live action alice in wonderland/mad hatter type show that I loved, Mickey Mouse Club obviously, and yes the cartoons were always awesome.

It is now, but in the 80's and 90's it was pretty much amazing.

Eh, outside of Recess and Even Stevens (off the top of my head), I never really was too much of a fan. As a kid, I usually just went to it if I didn't like what was on Nick.

That's because most of the good shows were off air by the time you were watching.

So Weird was such a good show. The paranormal and Erik von Detten? Winning combo for my ten-year-old self. Actually, that would be a winning combo for me right now.
