Terry Hogan, eh? Terry "Hulk" Hogan (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001356/)," eh?

Maybe we should listen to him before we get leg dropped.

Oh, I realize that it would, but at the same time, it seems really funny to me. Especially that someone would actually make a bike into a bomb, and put that sticker on it to inform everyone that it was, in fact, a bomb.

haha, i heard there was a bomb threat at one of our math buildings but i thought it was just another prank.

also, the police down here suck, they would arrest you for anything and everything, especially if it's alcohol related.

i understand its a bit much...and if i had seen the bike, i wouldnt have thought "hey this bike is a bomb" i probably would have laughed, and i didnt even know that was a band. im just saying you cant expect some people to just blow it off

What if i had a notebook that said "The Plot to Blow Up The Eiffel Tower" on it, but had absolutely nothing inside of it that was related to it, should i serve 6 months in jail because it's a "close call". I mean you can't trust notebooks, or bikes, or cell phones, or any given object...why don't we ban all activity of everything, then we wont have to worry about bombs.

If someone is that driven to blow something up there are no precautions to take.

well you can read what i have to say about this situation in the other posts ive made on this thread...but in all actuality its quite different to have a note book saying "the plot to blow up the eiffel tower" cause thats obviously not the bomb and i dont think anyone would think it was the bomb....but whatever ive said it a few times in here but i would have laughed if i saw this bike...but im just saying i see why someone freaked out over it...

You said a notebook could obviously not have a plot to blow up the Eiffel Tower in it? It's called Microsoft Word. You can't say something is excused because of the probability that is it actually what a sticker says it is. Either a shirt that says "I'm Da Bomb" is taken just a seriously, or they should apologize and re-emburse this good sir.

......are you fucking kiddding me.......this kid should be charged with this becasue he put a goddamn sticker on his bike???? Im sorry but your opinion makes absolutely no sense at all to me. Lets fuck up this kids record for life because he put a sticker on his bike. That makes a whole lot of sense to me. Its a goddamn bike, I dont think the terrorists from 9/11 slapped a giant sticker on their plane before boarding that said "We are going to run this fuckers into the world trade center".........thats a little different.

Johnnydcp

The guy should be given a brand new bike and an apology. This is supposed to be America that we are living in. Seriously. This is freedom of expression. The guy who thought that the bike was actually a bomb is an idiot as well. Maybe this will give the band some exposure. I'm going to get a t-shirt that says I'm a fire alarm going off, so everytime I go anywhere, people will all have to leave. Especially for when I have to go to the DMV or wait in line at amusement parks. This should def do the trick.
