Don't worry too much about that, one of my safety's rejected me in december and then my second choice accepted me. Good luck.
on a side note, some universities reject because they know you'll be accepted into someplace better and they don't want to waste the spot accepting someone that's probably not going.

St. joesph's in philly, i really didn't like it so i'm not too disapointed, but it's always nice to hear that you're in a school. just makes you feel better. I was really suprised to be waitlisted because, i go to a somewhat prestigious catholic school, and they normally accept everyone from my school. plus i got a 1340 on the SAT, which was like 50 points above their 75th percentile.

you're welcome
someone was telling me that they're aren't many schools that offer architecture, so it's good to hear that you got into the program you really wanted to go to.

yep, it's a good feeling, knowing that you're safe somewhere good, so I hope you get accepted into somewhere decent.

well living on Long Island, i really don't want to go to college two towns over and like 5 miles from my grandparents house. lol
also, i researched stuff for both of my term papers there, and have been then for a lot of sports events, and i just didn't care too much for the place.

Haha. Everyone wants to get away from home. I do too.
When I visited I kinda got the impression that it wasn't the cleanest place. It wasn't very organized either. I liked the programs they offered though. I don't know. I probably won't end up going there.

I'm sure the people that go there love it, as do you. Growing up here i really don't want to stay on LI, i'd like to go to school in DC.
Where do you go now, UDelaware?

No, DelTech. I grew up in LongIsland. Which is why I want to go back. Ive lived here for 2.5 years. Thats 2.5 too many.

yeah, you don't realise how great Long Island is until you leave it. Even though getting every where is a huge bitch because of traffic.

Better then anywhere else where going anywhere means a long ride. Most places in long island you can walk to with your own town.

Well i don't really want a huge campus. i really liked AU's campus though, it had the small campus which i suprisingly liked. Most of the schools i applied to are just city blocks.
GW and AU are my top two. It all matters where i get in and what i think of the schools when i see them again.

that's generally the trend...people are like "oh man I'm so sick of LI" so for college they go elsewhere...realize what a huge mistake they made...and then come back here for grad school and such.

yeah right now i'm at that "oh man, I'm so sick of LI" stage. I like can't see myself every wanting to live here when I'm older, but i'll probably realize that every place is the same, and Li is the best of it.

it's normal. Some people do like it when they move out but the majority just die to come back. It's great here. The only place I could possibly move and maybe not wanna come back is California...but I doubt that.

Just what i wanted to here, since i didn't apply. lol. Everyone has told me it's great. I just wish they told me in November or December, instead of Febuary and March. I'm definately going to look at it if I hate where i decide to go.
