In honor of the new Harry Potter movie, I have decided to make favorite book thread and will be making a favorite movie thread. So what is your favorite?
It may be hard to choose since it is a series but I am curious to see if people have a favorite

Half Blood Prince is my favorite book, with Deathly Hallows in close second followed by Prisoner.

Azkaban for sure, then followed by Goblet, Deathly is awesome in the last third but the the first 2/3 is boring just seems like theyre bitching in a tent for a couple hundred pages waiting around

Can't decide between Prisoner and Goblet, they are both amazing. Hallows and Sorcerer's Stone are next, Half Blood Prince is ehh, the first 1/3 of Order of the Phoenix is almost intolerable, he is so whiny and Chamber of Secrets was just kind of boring for me. That being said, I love this entire book series so much!

After I read every new book I thought "oh this is definately the best yet!" and that continued through the series, so its Deathly Hallows.

This. I thought JK had a hard time wrapping up the series, but I have no idea how they are going to wrap up the movies. Even with making Deathly Hallows 2 movies. They have left out so much important stuff over the movies, but especially in half blood prince.
