The reason I have cat issues is because my aunt used to have a cat that was used as a blood donor (for other cats) and it wasn't a nice cat because it hated people. And I went to her house when I was little and tried to pet it and it basically attacked me. And that was really my only experience with cats for years so I grew up being freaked out by them.
