Mmm, I miss Colin Quinn so much! He did a free stand-up event at my uni last year and it was absolutely hysterical.

I pretty much avoided CC after they canceled that show because of its politics. There's supposed to be a best of DVD in the works but it was years ago when it was first announced.

I like Daniel Tosh, but I don't want to watch a show about viral videos. It's not like he's berating them, like on the Soup, either.
I'm pretty sure he's ripping them apart, much like Joel McHale does on "The Soup." Don't know what show you're watching where they show the clip and Daniel Tosh says "That was nice." Then moves on.

It seems like this show has been getting better. at first i didn't laugh too often, it was just another show on comedy central, and tosh didn't seem super comfortable doing it, but now that it's in season 2 it seems like he's hit his stride and knows whats up.

i like most kinds of comedy, but this show fucking blows. tosh reminds me of bob saget hosting america's funniest home videos. i don't understand how this show or the soup are funny, but damn this is such a blatant rip-off of the soup: unfunny guy delivers unfunny one-liners about moderately funny videos, while faux audience dies of laughter.

For the life of me, I can't get myself to watch this show. I really like Daniel Tosh and I have seen a few funny clips, but I'm usually not a fan of schtick like this (why I don't watch The Soup, but I like Joel McHale.)

This show has become much funnier.
Do you think this will become more popular than Chappelle's Show? It isnt as edgy but still pretty out there. I wonder how Tosh would do in a sketch comedy show?

I dunno, hard to say. I kinda doubt it. I think Tosh is hilarious and his stand up is great. I used to dislike Tosh.0 because I didn't necessarily think it was the best forum for him to display his sense of humor. It seems like they've tweaked the show a little bit and the show seems to have found it's identity. I watched 2 episodes last night and could not stop laughing

More popular? Doubtful. CS was probably one of the biggest shows of the decade as far as one-liners and overall impact on pop culture. I love Tosh, but I don't think he'll touch that.

He could touch it, I think, in a few more years. However, although CS isn't very old, times are different now. TV shows don't seem to have as much impact as they used to. What was edgy in '03 might be considered on the safer side now... but Tosh isn't very safe. I can't believe they let him say some of the stuff he says on TV, and I love every minute of it haha

It was a swollen penis with maggots crawling out of it, no lie. I almost threw up in my mouth, clicked out of the page in two seconds. A little over the line even for him.

Comedy Central is expanding its relationship with Daniel Tosh, co-creator/star of the highly rated series Tosh.0. The cable network has handed a series order to Brickleberry, an animated series executive produced by Tosh, who will also voice a character. Created/executive produced by comedians Waco O'Guin and Roger Black, Brickleberry revolves around a group of dysfunctional forest rangers at a national park. The series, which has received a 10-episode order, will begin production this fall for a premiere in early 2012. Fox 21 is producing.

I don't understand why he is going for all these sexual type of videos and going way overboard with the gay humor. I'm a huge fan but the shock value humor thing he's been trying to do since last season is just becoming a bit much. Now a days the only thing I find funny on the show are the Web Redemption and the last few minutes before the show ends. The opening with all of the videos which really is the staple of the show, just isn't funny to me anymore. BUT, ELI DEEEED IT LAST NIGHT! I was dying with laughter at that performance since the original video is still one of the funniest things to me ever and has been for years. "YOU LIKE ROSIE O DONNELL AT A BISEXUAL BRIDAL SHOWER!". That line will never get old. Me and my brothers always say that shit to each other.

I like his little skits over anything else. I also really like how racial he is, and his they aren't stereo types if they're true attitude. Chappelle did that sort of stuff, but Tosh does it waaaay more blatantly.

I hated the live thing cause it seemed like he had to limit what he could do. It was gimmicky for a show that has a decent enough fan base and doesnt need the gimmicks. He normally has a good number of jokes for each video but there were only 1 or 2. Plus the breakdown sucked and was like 2 seconds long.

The best user submitted video was the one with the guy delivering a pizza, and the guy in the apartment kept growing a bigger stash/beard. I laughed my ass off at how that video ended.

Agreed. I don't know what's ths problem with him lately. The show just has not been good. Last weeks episode actually made me laugh a few times. Especially Eli because I already thought and have thought for the past how ever many years now that that video was one of the funniest things ever, hence my avatar. But last nights? Just all around bad. I just hope the rest of the season isn't this bad.
