Apparently he was in this band called Midtown. I've never even heard of them, they probably suck anyway.

I must say...I lol'd. I actually like this band though. Not my all-time favorite, but enjoyable. :shrug:

midtown was better, but for what they do, cobra is good, and fun the listen to.

I have no idea if she's being sarcastic...but I was borderline apathetic/hateful towards Cobra Starship until last years Warped where I saw them. (To save my xPUNKx points...I caught them because they came on right after on the stage right next to where The Bronx played...FYI, the Bronx killed.)

Until you see them live, see everyone having fun, and get caught up in the fun yourself...you will never like this band. Of course, if you refuse to give the band a shot when you do see them, or never see them...then you will probably never be swayed.

You really don't enjoy them fully until you see them live. They can get anyone pumped up and dancing, even the people who had never even heard of them. They're great.

It's not the people who never heard of them that are hard to sway...it's the jaded Midtown fans.

This is true. But of course, the people who have never heard of them before can be difficult. They see so many little tweens liking CS too, so they think its another JoBros type of thing. Which they are nothing like, but still.

I like them. I don't take them seriously, but they have some catchy stuff. I hope "Hot Mess" isn't a mess, out of the 3 tracks I've heard I only really like one (Pete Wentz is the Only Reason We're Famous).

I agree. I saw them at Warped last year & I thought it was awesome. They did a signing too, it was pretty cool.

Midtown sucks. Im so glad the hot lead singer of Cobra Starship gave up on it to pursue a hollow neon band that is up with today's latest trends!

I LOVE Cobra Starship! I've seen them 4 times live and I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon! They are one of the most fun bands to see play live, hands down! And in my 41 years, I've seen tons of bands live! lol! I liked Midtown ok, but I like Cobra better!
