Its ten months ago. America is still reeling from 9/11. You're the President. How do you deal with Iraq?

I wouldn't be thinking about iraq, i'd be thinking about Bin Laden and his boys. I would also be concerned with the families of the victims. Furthermore, after 9/11 we were all in shock, everyone was upset. But everyone knows wiser decisions are made once things have cooled down, the initial anger subsides, and everyone can think clearly.
