Did this last night, but forgot to add a poll and just deleted it. Anyways, these are my two favorite Radiohead records, and I always change my mind on which one I like better. Which one do you like or think is better?

OK Computer all the way. I liked Kid A, but for me, it doesn't compare to Kid A.

kid a all the way. ok computer is great, but not even my top 3 favorites by this truly incredible band.

For today I'll go with Kid A. I'm glad to see it's as close as it is, I figured OK Computer might win by a landslide.

In Rainbows

This.

That's cute, but In Rainbows doesn't hold a light to these two records, however good it may be.

Ha yeah I thought about it and finally ran with it. And really? I'd say my top 3 favorites by Radiohead are these two and Hail to the Thief. I never got into The Bends that much.

all six are absolutely incredible (pablo honey isn't my radiohead). i go:

kid a> in rainbows> hail to the thief>amnesiac=ok computer=street spitirt (fade out) [yes, the song]>the bends

This. As for the poll, I can't bring myself to choose. Their entire catalog (minus Pablo Honey, duh) is phenomenal.

I agree with this...Kid A has sent me on the most incredible mind trips though so I have to go with it.

Kid A changed my whole life. The only album that I can say that about. In my opinion, music's greatest achievement. A pure masterpiece.

haha the greatest achievement in music is a definite over-statement for some... but for me personally I've never listened to such a complete collection of songs formed into an LP that completely transcends just listening to songs into becoming a full on experience of its own. From the start of "Everything In It's Right Place" to the hidden "rebirth" at the end of "Motion Picture Soundtrack" . From the first time to this day, it literally leaves me speechless at how sublime of an experience it is to listen to such masterful craftsmanship of sound.

As for OK Computer, I can understand where a lot of people will vote for it as it's a much more accessible record than Kid A is, and without OK there would be no Kid A. But I think the album has its highs and low points, it plays like an LP should (and thats a good thing). OK Computer is a perfect album but Kid A is a medium-shattering experience.

Kid A sparked a creativity within me that was always there but really made me want to explore it and unleash it, it's what lead me to persue photography and to study as an artist. I can honestly say it's shaped who I am and what my future is. I don't think a lot of people can say that about an album they've listened to.

for me, I would go

Kid A > Amnesiac > In Rainbows > OK Computer > Hail to the Thief >= The Bends > any other record released in the past 20 years.

This should be a sticker on the back of the album haha for real though that's awesome that it did that for you. Just goes to show how powerful that record is.

I'm sort of partial to Kid A because I first heard Radiohead by that album
(Optimistic, Kid A, Treefingers were the first 3 RH songs I heard)

now i have all their albums.

OK Computer was the record that got me into Radiohead and eventually all kinds of other music. I still find new things about it that I like and blow me away.

Kid A i only recently started delving into. It's beautiful, but I had to go with OK Computer.

Ok computer for me, but overall i think the bends is the best radiohead album. Kid A doesn't do it for me but i like Amnesiac which was all done in the same recordings as Kid A.

defiantly not greater than the bends. This is a question radiohead fans duke it out to. The bends vs Ok Computer two great albums but i say the bends.

"Paranoid Android" > In Rainbows > The Bends > Kid A > OK Computer > Hail to the Thief > Pablo Honey

Kid A > OK Computer > Hail to the Thief > In Rainbows > Amnesiac > The Bends > Pablo Honey, for me personally.

Paranoid Android is not that great of a song. It certainly isn't better than the bands entire repertoire of music.

To me OKC is the most overrated Radiohead album, easily. Half of the songs blow me away, but the other half do nothing for me. IMO it's way too topheavy.

Kid A is amazing, but I'd actually put The Bends over it. The songs seem more memorable, and it brings me back to the 90s.

I'm a little surprised by all the hate on "The Bends" here. For majority of people I know, it's one of their favorite Radiohead albums.
