I've seen like a 20 second clip...there was like no sound, it was clearly some guy with his camera phone or a really cheap video camera just filming through her peephole.
Its also a reversed peephole, which means someone in the hotel was probably in on it (or someone in the hotel filmed it as well), and makes it even creepier

dailymotion had a working video of it up yesterday. its probably down by now since this is a major contraversey. i happened to see it. the quality was pretty weak... but Erin Andrews looked as good naked as i thought she would.
with that said, i do feel bad for her. to be violated like that. and yeah, i know i'm not helping the cause by watching the video. oh well.

Yes and no. For a person aspiring to be a major news anchor, this could have a big impact on their career. But, she is an ESPN sideline reporter....beyond the ESPN lawyers aggressively attacking this scenario, you won't hear a sentence out of an ESPN anchor/commentator/etc. When she does sideline work in the fall, this won't be brought up for a second. Even if they catch the guy and he goes to jail, they won't say "congrats Erin" on the air. Her career doesn't require the same legitimacy that say, Katie Couric's does
It can only affect her career if her employer thinks negatively of it (they don't, they know its not her fault in any way) or if the viewers look negatively on her (I've yet to read a blog that has blamed her....they'll blame ESPN, sports fans, blogs themselves, but never EA)
