Ok. So I'm not sure if there's/has been a thread about this band. I just thought I'd throw one up. They're latest album is just ridiculously amazing. Anyone a fan of any of their recordings?

Cool. I must check it out. They don't seem too well known in the States though.

I heard an interview with them ages ago talking about their first US Tour. One of the bands they know in England, could be Bring Me The Horizon actually.. said "You'll be suprised how big you are over there". Then the guitar player said "I was surprised at how small we were, I didn't know bands could be that small".

Love Misery Signals, hate BMTH. I doubt I'll really enjoy it, but maybe I'll give it a listen later. I'm in no rush anymore.

Don't let the comparision to BMTH get to you. Architects are much more technical and are heavy without having to rely on breakdowns.

Ah. I've actually watched this video before. They're alright. Like your review said though, nothing out of the ordinary I suppose.

I think their fanbase in the US is going to pickup quite a bit after/during the ETID/BMTH tour. I agree with the comparison that the are more technical without having to rely on breakdowns the way that BMTH does.

They're pretty sick. The bassist in my band is mates with one of them, he always says they're pretty cool guys.

Yeah should do. I'm hoping to catch the Boston show. Line up is pretty decent.

Ah right. Yeah because Architects as a collective.... They're pretty down to earth fellas. Absolutely no bullshit with them. Quite refreshing really. I hope this tour with ETID gets them the exposure they deserve.
