but now I'm contuing with all my weapons and I'm just curious what you guys carry around

inf. rocket launcher, fully upgraded butterfly magnum, pistol and shotgun. also some granades. i like how if you fully upgrade the striker you get 100 shotgun bullets.

infinite launcher, exclusive striker, exclusive Handcannon

infinite launcher when I want explosions

striker when I just want to a kill regular people.

Handcannon when Im feeling like bloody murderous rampage. One hit kill anything in the game and the exclusive gives you infinite ammo and 99.9 firepower.

you dont need any plants because nothing should theoretically even get close enough to you to hurt you.

Playing the game through with the Chicago Typewriter made things a bit dull.

I need to play RE:4 again, it's been a while, but I just started Ninja Gaiden Black up again, and this usually consumes my life for a while.

OH, and anyone with the PS2 version...what's ada's story about?

Those of us with game cubes had the game a full year before the PS2ers so they addad waaaay cooler shit

It's not too much cooler. They just add an alternate story after you beat the game where you can play through the game as Ada. It's called "Seperate Ways". They also add another gun, where you charge up an electric shock. I don't know too much about it. Nevertheless, the gamecube version got a higher score on nearly all game sites.

Haha, I can't get the Handcannon. Mercenaries is too hard.

when you say higher score, thats kind of deceiving: we're talking like 1 point higher...not much...basically just cause of the controls...

ive yet to purchase this, but its on my list (along w/ dragon quest viii)...however, it'll be on the list a little longer, as kingdom hearts ii comes out in 17 days and counting...

Do you play Leon's story line as Ada? or does she go a "seperate Way"?

And the graphics are noticeably nicer on the Gamecube, but honestly, it doesn't matter. I wouldn't want to buy it again just for a few extra things.

You like go through Leon's levels before he actually gets there, so you can see how certain things got the way they are.

yeah, I agree.

the game, if youve played it enough on the GC and then try it once at a friends or something on the PS, just feels like it runs smoother and better with the GC,and its hard to explain why.

probably a combination of the controls and the graphics, which you mentioned already

For sure. I've played through the game about 3 and a half times.

I know for sure that the controls for the game-cube are so well articulated. I couldnt imagine it with a ps controller

I have both versions, I actually did way better on the Ps2 (pwned Mercenaries!) but then again, that might just have been cause I had a lot of practice with the GC version.
