she didnt file a criminal complaint...that doesnt seem fishy to some of you?Well, she might have filed a criminal complaint at the same time as she filed the civil complaint...but, I've read a decent part of the civil complaint, her allegations are that she went to the head of security, he told her to shut her mouth and never investigated anything, never collected evidence, etc...so, even if she did file criminal charges, she has basically no evidence to prove it.

I mean, her allegations are that he pulled out and went Kobe on her stomach...since she didn't go to the police, I doubt they have that physical evidence. And since she is now suing the other people involved in the case, she'd have no witnesses to call either

That's my feeling, but there are a LOT of details in this complaint...she's constructed a pretty solid story even if its a lie

She's full of it. Ben is rich, he can have pretty much any girl he wants, if someone said no to him, he can just move on. I hate stupid girls that do shit like this to get money.

EDIT: I mean ben is rich and famous...stupid girls like stuff like that.
