Doesn't even come close to Mos Def, Jay Z, Immortal Technique, Lupe Fiasco, Talib Talib, BIG, Doom, or any other legitimate rapper. the only thing Kanye should be allowed to do is produce. He shouldn't be allowed to open his mouth for any other reason, including talking. Especially near an auto-tuner.
