Intonation Festival Headliners

Intonation Music Festival (http://www.intonationmusicfest.com/) (last year curated by Pitchfork, this year by Vice Records) has announced its two headliners: Bloc Party (http://www.blocparty.com) and The Streets (http://www.thestreets.co.uk). The rest of the line-up will be announced soon. The festival takes place 6/24-25 at Union Park in Chicago.

If it's curated by Vice Records, does that mean that more artists from that label are likely to appear?

i know i'll be alone in this, but i think this is all stupid. why does there have to be a pitchfork music festival and intonation this summer? i don't see why intonation couldn't just stay pitchfork's thing.

whatever, i just don't like festivals at all, especially with how terrible the heat and humidity gets here every summer. i'll probably be going to the pitchfork fesitval though since a friend wants to... =/

Pitchfork festival last year was some of the best days of my life. Just traveling and then going to an amazing show was fantastic.. Friends + girls + drugs + awesome music .... YOU SHOULD GO IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE.. We should all party together! hah
