Here we are...Another year living the digital age...What does it all mean? Are we really more connected to people who mean the most? Or are we lost in an electric wave thats flat...no real pulse or fire to be unique...just another downloadable file to loose...where is the flame that enlightens emotion. Can we all take a second and seperate fiction from life...Life In The Electric.
Formed in late 2007, this Denver based rock quartet has recently released their debut EP, Alive Inside The Lie, on iTunes. Containing 6 firey tracks (produced by Lee Miles - redjump suit, tickle me pink) that blaze with rock riffs, heavily layered dual vocals and electronic textures, this proves a solid effort of a band's first release. The group sports two singers, who harmonize and trade off beautifully, hovering above the dynamic of the music. The band also recorded a remake of Duran Duran's hit "Come Undone" for the EP, which was very well recieved and recognized by the members of Duran Duran, enough so that the original hit makers posted about it via the Duran Duran website.
Having just played local Denver station, KTCL's, Big Gig (along side acts such as All American Rejects, Goldfinger, and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus), Life In Electric is now working diligently on their follow up release.
Highlight tracks to check out "Saves The Day", "Alive Inside The Lie" and "Come Undone". http://www.myspace.com/lifeinelectric

“Life In Electric is dead set on it, they’re not gonna stop until they make it. They write and produce stuff amazingly well on their own. But…even though they’re more than adequate producers themselves, they’ll still go and find somebody to produce it even better, which is an amazing example. They want it to be competitive with every possible thing you can throw at it.” -Nerf - Music Director 93.3FM KTCL
