Letter to Andy Reid:

The O-line is like Swiss Cheese. Our WR corps looks like the practice squad @ Rutgers University and our play calling is terrible.

By the way we are 26 million under the cap have not made one fucking move. We've invited one free agent to town. I know we have a ton of draft picks, but how many of your picks have turned out to be greatly successful.

And oh yeah we'll draft O-line first round again in a defense heavy draft. Face it Andy and admit your fat fucking faults. You're just as stubborn as TO.

Look for a safety. We all know you won't keep Dawkins around after next year. You wonder why players are no longer loyal...well it is because you're not loyal to your leaders and team players.

i'm starting to worry.

this year the free agents are taking their first and second offers and all the salaries are inflated. two things are against the Eagles...one, they think they can wait to line up their visits, and most of the players are signing to the first or second team they go to, never making it to the Eagles. And two, about 10 other teams have cap room and are willing to throw it around.

The way shit is going, the Eagles could start free agency with 27 million and end it with 27 million. They need to recognize that it's a sellers market right now and playing it like it's not is going to cost them a chance to get better than 6-10.

It's been two days. Have you looked at some of these contracts? Teams are throwing a lot of money at scrubs. I'd rather wait and get a quality player for the right deal than overspend right away.

I totally agree with you. It's much more worth it to sign 2 great free-agent pickups, than 6 mediocre, meaningless signings.

that's what they're doing...which could be a good things when the Browns have no money to spend next week and next year...but in the mean time, a lot of the quality is getting signed before the Eagles have a chance to see it. i've always supported the Eagles process of evaluating quality and paying what they think is fair, but at the same time, if they're not a bit more aggressive, nothing will be left.

I think the Eagles are just happy because we have the #1 free agent and he is waiting to be cut.

oh, they're loving this. all these teams are throwing away their allowance, and when TO hits the market, there will be a lot less money. randel el will end up with a better team than terrell owens. classic.

that would be wonderful. as of last night walker wasn't moving...but if the birds can get him for one of their 10 million picks and a guy they were shopping anyway...i hope it happens.

in a heart beat

i agree with someone above, all this money is ridiculous, it was like the baseball offseason last year when .500 pitcher burnett got 55 million....when we look back on this offseason randle el's contract will be the most absurd

Eagles signed Darren Howard to 6 yr deal for 30 million

The Javon Walker thing was on an Eagles message board and then it was erased. Don't count on that even remotely happening.

Also, rumors are that they will now re-sign Runyan.

it was also on a few radio stations. all that's happened is the Eagles inquired, nothing more.

I would like the combo of Walker and Brown, Greg Lewis in the slot. Alligator Arms on the practice squad.

if that's the squad i'd love to see the fight between pinkston and mcmullen to grab the #4 spot.

What do you think about our O-Line

I think we should look @ Mike Williams from the Bills for the Tackle
"Why is he tops on this list? Talent. He has it, but he's too lazy to show it. The right team might be able to get it out of him in a second chance. "

Guard

Tutan Reyes from the panthers
"A solid starter who the Panthers would love to have back. He might be worth a look for guard-starved teams."

Center
Justin Hartwig from Tennessee
"He has developed in a solid starting center for the Titans, who would love to keep him. That won't be easy as teams look to upgrade their offensive lines. "

I also like Akin Ayodele from Jacksonville @ the outside backer.

If we can't get Walker we should look @ Antonio Bryant, but the WR market is way overpriced right now because Randle ***.

I love the Schobel pick-up for a back up TE especially where in Cincy he was mainly used as a blocker, but he does have good hands.

Back-up QB - Not quite too sure, I don't want to overpay for Garcia. We could look @ a nice late 3rd round or early 4th round pick.

I'd also like them to draft Michael Robinson...I think he could be used as your "bruiser" and your "Randle ***esque" player.

Current O-Line

C - Fraley, Furio, Jackson
G - Andrews, Clarke, Young
T - Hicks, Darilek, Thomas, Herremans, Armstrong

Sean Andrews is the only lock we have, I think Herremans can play and you can live with Hicks and/or Jamaal Jackson, but Tra Thomas can't be counted on

they need at least two starting linemen in here, through either free agency or eric winston in the first round

word. adam v looks more likely to come back since his suitors are dwindling though. he also won't hit it big like expected before so the pat's may give him a competitive offer. that's about the best thing the pats have going so far ...pretty sad.

he would have been dumb to leave. the money he would have made over the next five years somewhere else would have been peanuts to what he'll make after football if he retires a Patriot.

yeah, there's still a chance he winds up a cowboy but hopefully he returns. He isnt a lock like he's been in the past, but he is still one of the best. It'd be a huge blow to the special teams. Let's not forget that even though Brady played well in the super bowls, it was adam who made the kicks. He's as valuable as a kicker can be.
