To put it simply, Downtown Battle Mountain has been the only piece of music this band has created that has mattered at all to me.

i somewhat agree. i think i'm still waiting for THAT album from them. i think if they spent more time on Happiness it could've been done.

Yeah, I mean, when they have a good song, it's a really good song, but then it feels like they have a lot of filler, too.

couldnt really decide.
i love dance gavin dance, but all their albums have more songs that i dont like than i do.

so i went with downbattle mountain cause jonny craig is on it.

Downtown Battle Mountain. Because of Johnny Craig, and because I enjoy the songs more. Self titled was pretty good, but that and Happiness has more filler than good material. Just my opinion.
