really awesome video. really awesome CD. although I must say I loathe the very beginning of that song/CD.. ugh. up until "you've got those" just grinds my gears to no end.

Haha, Lawrence Arms videos are always sort of pointless, but that was fun to watch. I like the "whoaa-oh" part around the drumfire.

I love how in this video Neil is a bum all the way through. Bren and Chris are sexy in suits though...

Does anyone know if they'll ever make "The rabbit and the rooster" from the iTunes version of Oh! Calcutta! available to buy? i've got every song they've ever released and it's pissing me off I can't get this (UK iTunes is so goddamn lame compared to the US one)

This album and this video is such a great representation of Chicago. Fucking brilliant.

I was surprised they chose this song... I figured they'd choose "Are You There Margaret? It's Me, God" as the first single.

When i hear that song...and I know this is weird...but I imagine it as being the theme tune for some random comedy-drama set in somewhere like Alaska starring 'quirky' actors. I have no idea what is wrong with me. I love the song though.

best choice for a single would be Key to the City, all my friends who hate the Larry Arms love that song!

I could honestly see "Are You There Margaret? It's Me God" being on TRL, even for a day. It's straight up pop and has "single" written all over it... easily in my top three on the new album.

Aeroplane, aeroplane! Don't leave without me! 'Cause I'm out here all by myself and I ain't got no place to sleep.

For some reason I can sort of imagine a video similar to Don Henley's "Boys of Summer", with them on the back of a truck playing and screaming all the words, and the horizon zooming by in the background as the main riff rings out.

I don't know, I think it would immensely beneficial for that to be released.

I imagine it as a hilarious Top Gun parody with Brendan and Chris in the pilot outfits as Mav and Iceman, and then playing beach volleyball against eachother, etc. Probably just because of the repetition of Aeroplane.
