The Iron Age cd you guys got in the mail is probably going to be the best hardcore album of 2006. Why is it listed as metal?

It needs to be reviewed, no questions asked.

All that caught my eye was the new crime in stereo and the new iron age.

And I dunno why it says iron age is metal...the new Lp sounds like a modern day cro-mags. One of the best hardcore albums of 2006. I'd like to see a review of it.

Sorry about the genre label. That was my mistake. I was going off of the press sheet which said, "Constant Struggle is by far the most metallic record on Youngblood to date". I will be happy to edit the listing. Thanks for letting me know.

No problem.

They put "metallic" on there because most of what Youngblood Releases is youthcrew-styled hardcore. Iron Age sounds like a mix of a lot of metallic New York Hardcore bands like Cro-Mags and The Icemen.

If someone ends up reviewing it, I hope they know what they are talking about. It would be a shame if comparisons to Comeback Kid, Champion, Terror, and With Honor were the only ones that could be made.
