Obama Should Stop August Recess For The Senate

I forget which Article in the Constitution it is, but anyway....

The President has the power to call either House or the Senate or both into a special session, even if there is a scheduled recess, like in August.

The House has this Health Care shit worked out, but the Senate hasn't.

Obama should let the House go on vacation and make the Senate work this out. Seriously.

I say that there should be a brief 1 week recess for both, then back to business.

Recess or no recess, my prediction is the bill in the end is going to turn out to be absolutely NOTHING like they hoped it would be. Bipartisanship is great and all, but I don't think it's really a great thing to have on an issue like this.
