seriously though, we all know that fob have an R&B/dance music fetish and im thinking it was more of an homage to thriller than anything else. if we're going to accuse them of ripping something off, then they totally ripped off the blade movies. all that being said, it was a badass video- my fave since helena. i hope they make it a series a'la 'trapped in the closet'

ps- anyone else think william from TAI looked badass?

I have never seen the Image of the Invisible video though cause I use an Apple and I cant get to Yahoo! or MTV to play videos. Its gay.

Anyone have a copy of it?

yeah, i heard this video was terrible. I saw the making of the video on MTV, i didn't wait to watch it..

one more thing, id just like to say that i'm really pissed off at how they banked on this song. i mean, if they wanted to do a "cool," action-packed video, why'd the use their pussiest track? it just feels that they looked at it and said "this will make us money, doesnt matter what the video is, we're using this song cause itll sell our album"

The new FOB video is pretty terrible. William from TAI and other cameos are the only redeeming factor. I definitly think they were going for "the next Thriller" but fell way short. It's a pretty big deal to try to take that on.

I was also very pumped for Thrice's new video... however, I watched it on it's AOL debut and found it to be kinda dull, too. I can only describe it as feeling like I'm watching a "making the video"-it has a somewhat unfinished look to it. The video could have been something epic and huge like the song. It's not a terrible video, but its not amazing either. After Image of the Invisible, I was expecting a lot more. Especially from Tim Hope (Coldplay, JimmyEatWorld videos).

Image of the Invisible is still the king of videos for me right now.
