She was hit by a TRAIN! Not a bullet, not a crotch rocket, and not a car, a frickin' train. Unless your foot is caught in the track, there is no reason this should ever happen to any human being. I'm sorry, but natural selection comes into play at some point. Last time I checked, you had to actually BE STANDING ON THE TRACK in order to be hit by a train. Maybe if you know you are about to cross a train track, you should oh I don't know, maybe LOOK FOR A FRICKIN' TRAIN since you're deaf and you know better. Blinkin' lights, guard rails coming down, these are all visual signs that a train is coming. That is, if you cannot see the 20ft high, massive hunk of steel that's on the tracks. It sucks that she died but come on, she had some common sense.
