I Got Into My Teacher's Computer...

I am a senior in highschool this year and of course, I don't really feel like doing anything. My Math teacher left the room to run off papers and she was gone for a long time. Her computer was sitting right in front of me and my grade was right there. I didn't know what to do, so I made the worst of the decisions. I went up and looked at my grade. 70%. I know it could be worse but she wasn't there so I searched through the grades and I found a missing assignment that I had a zero for. I looked at the door, still no one. So I sat down and entered full points for that specific grade. I then scrolled to see my final grade and somehow it became lower. By entering that new grade in that wasn't there I dropped my math grade to a 64%. Six points lower. I gasped and just as I did, my teacher walked in and I had to get up. So I went back to my seat.

The question is, what do you think I should do now? Tell her I changed my grade and made it lower, when I emptied to cheat and make it higher? Then explain to her it was a stupid decision and that I regret it? Or just suck it up, and realize what a dumb mistake I made and suck it up? I would say the 2nd one, but I need this grade.. So help me out, folks.

The thing was, it wouldn't have hurt me that I didn't. I was absent from school that day and she just put a zero because I didn't turn it in yet, and still had the option to do so.

Yeah, it did slap me in the face. But I deserve it.

The main reason why I'm not motivated is because for the past six years of schooling (including grade school) I've had a mid C average and it's gotten me where I want to be. This year is no different, and despite a 64% or a 70% I'll be the same place at the end of the year, I just wanted opinions on how bad of a mistake I made in regards to my decisions.

I know I can do better, but I'd rather focus on things that keep my interest, like reading, school musicals, walking, going to shows and sleeping.

I know it sounds immature, but it's just how I've always been.

I'll make it into Photography school regardless of what I do this year.

Turn in the missing assignment (that you said you could still turn in) so when she goes to give you a grade, she'll think she put the grade you entered in by mistake, thus canceling out the -6 points and you're GOLD
