the police can track the phone calls used to check who ordered the food and they could get in legit legal problems. if you want to go that far...do it.

The issue lies in I'm not sure if it's her or her friends. Who happen to live in different states. So reporting her would be doable- but if it's not her then I dunno who or how to report em'. It's shitty.

Talk to the police and they will find out the number used to place the order.... and with that, they can figure out who it was and decide what to do with them

Tried. They used internet order. And this place just does "Name, Address, Phone Number". They used our address and phone number. Not sure on the name though, they didn't say when my mom called to find out. This has other issues cause these are primarily "internet friends" that got my name from my band's myspace and figured out other shit from it because the one friend happens to live near me.

Then why make this thread if your parents will handle it. If you get the cops involved you won't have to worry about that every happening again. They'd probably have to pay for all the food and shit. That would be funny.

Thanks buddy. I'm bummed too. They aren't my absolute favorite band, but they had a unique brand of pop-punk/alt. rock and I always thought their lyrics were pretty unique. Let's hope the guys come out with some bitchin' side projects.

E Von Dahl was the first album I bought when I moved to Arizona. Every time I hear it, it's like I'm moving out here again. Just like you, they aren't my absolute favorite, but they were pretty nostalgic for me.
