Why does USA not ask Canada for their help in the war then turns around and asks canada for hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund the victims rescue thing, i mean c'mon bush you do the damage then expect your neighbouring countries to help clean up

We did ask canada to help, they chose not to. And its the UN asking for victom relief funds.

If France is part of rebuilding Iraq I will shoot someone. The US and GB should rebuild France not the UN

Well now i understand sorry i am not really caught up on this whole thing and i only get one side of the story. But i am learning more!

also we didn't ask canada to join they had the option of joining and they didn't, i posted that wrong.

Yeah in the past summer i was about to join the Canadian Army and i was looking and they have like 2 tanks and liek 3 thousand soldiers, its like hitting Iraq with water ballons!

yeah, canada has 58,000 total troops...new york city probably has more cops than that.

Even I f we wanted to, we couldn't aid with the war on Iraq. Alot of our troops are in the war on terror, if we wen't into Iraq too, we would be spread too thin. Not to mention the 4 people who we did send wouldn't be able to do much.
