Biography

If you look up the word “stripped” in the dictionary…well…you won’t find a picture of Joshua Krohn. What you will find is a verb that describes his music. At its core, the music is exposed to just a guitar and vocals but people seem to be connecting to this clean and refreshing intimacy: having the music speak for itself. “Stripped” not only describes the music but also defines the lyrics. Straightforward and unabashed words are the focus of Krohn’s songs, and when coupled with the music, deliver something that is both genuine and sincere. What the music lacks in fullness is surpassed by the passion and energy behind the vocals. Since the beginning Krohn has been committed to fashioning melodic pop songs, fusing them with elements of rock. Krohn’s songs capture his fans’ emotions, wrapping them in songs of trust and defeat, hope and love. And while Joshua is just one individual with one voice, one guy with one guitar, the pairing of the two indicates anything but void, and is something to truly get excited about.

im a fan of this type of stuff. im not a music critic but i liked some of it. i think it deff has alot of potential. naturally the only thing that holds me back from it is the demo quality, but im sure if you brought this stuff in to be worked on it would all sound great. problem with me is im a sonic whore.

either way good stuff, i look forward to more
