ok, so basically the party i was at last night got busted by the cops. there was beer there, which they found, and there was weed there, which they ALMOST found, and when i say almost they opened the drawer that it was in and didnt see it, then searched the bed that it was in and didnt see it there either. i could have easilly gotten arrested last night, but all that happened was that they had us all call our parents and tell them what happened and to have them pick us up. so my mom thought it was funny and was telling me about how this has happened to her before, which was a huge relief. i just feel bad for the other kids that probably had it worse than i did, and had a bigger chance of getting arrested, like my bf (if they found the weed after i left he could basically have gotten arrested and put in jail..not to mention the fact that he brought 2 minors, me and my friend steve to the party) and the kid whose house it was, and the other people with the beer and weed. ugg. what a night.
if it's any consolation, if a party doesn't end in arrests it wasn't a good party.

yeah, how my mom would react was the least of my worries. i was basically counting on getting arrested. the cops were such bastards too. they were singling me and my friend steve out because we were the only minors there (both of us are 15) and basically reaming us a new ass hole. and they were also being complete ass holes to my bf because he brought both of us to the party and were saying to him "are you prepared to be arrested for bringing 2 minors to this party?" and he was like "if it has to be done." and the cop was like "i dont have to fucking do it, but if you have that attitude then i can easilly arrest you right now." uhh i wanted to punch that bastard in the face.

yea, those kinda cops piss me off. it's one thing if they're solving murders and rapes, but they'd rather stop kids from having a good time. the government was created to serve the people, it's kinda the other way around now.

yea, i forgot to add that, they need a warrent to search, unless you let them in.

we didnt let them in. they got a call from the neighbors about all the cars in the drive way and the neighbors said they KNEW there was alcohol there, which i dont know how they could know, because it wasnt obvious,i think it was this fucker kid that came over and told his parents what was going on because he is their neighbor. and with a call the cops are allowed to come in and search a room i guess. and thats what they did.

Yes, that party fucking sucked. They had probable cause to come in because someone had told them there was booze, luckily that was all they were looking for or i wouldn't be here right now.
