I know there are some fine folks on here who have really taken a liking to my solo work (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=573351), while i am taking a break to research for my next solo record (which should be mostly about 18th & 17th century scientists it think?) i am working on some side projects that i am super excited about. i figured i would just start putting some of the music out there for free as it starts to take shape, so you can see what the hell i am doing with my time when i am not drinking Jim Beam and searching for a biography of Antoine Lavoisier...
while the project with P.O.S has nothing ready to share (yet), i do have ANOTHER side project with a super talented beat maker from Dallas by the name of Picnic Tyme (http://www.myspace.com/picnicman). This guy does great work, comes from the complete opposite end of the hip hop spectrum as me (has done work with Kid Cudi, Paul Wall, Erykah Badu, Devin the Dude!), and was just as excited to see what happened when someone like me worked with someone like him.
i am really excited about the results so far, so, it is with great pleasure that i give out the first single for you to download, dance to, distribute, or just destroy...
