Hello, I'm going to this show on Sunday and I just want to know if some of you have any setlist. I will appreciate it, thanks!

well not good music, but they do indeed still make music. I know they have sort of fallen off the map, but i didn't think it was so bad that there wouldn't be anyone talking about there setlist

I'm going to hurt someone if I have evening fall classes scheduled. I'm really hoping to get to the last night of this tour. Has RJA gotten any better live? (meaning since mid-2007 was the last time I saw them) I think I'll be leaving before them if they haven't. Monty set-lists would be awesome :]

I went yesterday, Monty Are I were amazing, sorry i don't have each setlist though, it tottaly slipped my mind and wasn't keeping track. Red Jumpsuit were okay nothing spectacular, I've seen better, but it was still fun. They brought alot of energy. But i think Monty Are I outdid them.

rja is really boring, in my opinion. i saw them at warped a few years ago and thought that they maybe were having an off day, but then i saw them a few weeks ago and realized they are just bad live. their music can be so energetic, but all they do is stand still and look bored. also, ronnie missed a lot of notes and tried to change up the songs, but it didn't work. i can't really listen to them anymore without thinking of how boring they are live.

Don't You Fake It is a damn good album. Lonely Road wasn't as good, but it's still decent.
I saw them at a radio festival a few weeks ago and, after waiting over 2 years to see them live, I was let down. No energy really. Setlist order wasn't very good either. They only played for about 30 minutes so the setlist wouldn't be the same for this tour.

They tend to out-do everyone. I always felt bad when they were opening for my favorite band because they're such a hard band to follow. Their live show is so ridiculously good.

Monty Are I Setlist (complete & in order):
Between These Sheets
The Stand
Castle Bound
One In A Million
Tie Off Your Veins
Hope
Dublin W
Break through the silence
They put on such a great show, if you want a setlist from any of the other bands ask me.
And The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus just blew me away, they have improved A LOT since the last time I saw them (September '08), and it surprised me that Ronnie hit almost every note, which is kinda weird for him.
Great show overall, if you have a chance to get to any of the dates dont doubt about it, every band cares a lot for their fans and stay connected with them as much as possible.

they were just as bad when i saw them two weeks ago as they were when i saw them 2 years ago...i think you just got an unbelievable show then. i didn't think it was possible for ronnie to hit most of the notes. their live show is the reason i don't listen to them anymore. i have a hard to listening to bands when they are good on cd but suck live. i just lose respect for them.

or probably you caught them on an off night (which is almost every show for them unfortunately =/)
They played:
In Fate's Hands
Damn Regret
(not in order from here)
Misery Loves It's Company
Pen & Paper
(after Pen & Paper they asked the crowd what song they wanted to hear, and I yelled Step Right Up, Ronnie sang the chorus a capella and Jon joined him later, but they were just joking)
False Pretense
Your Guardian Angel
Pull Me Back
Justify
(last 2 songs in order)
Face Down
Grim Goodbye
They didnt play You Better Pray or Waiting... which is kinda weird because I got early to the venue and talked to the whole band and heard them during sound check and they practiced You Better Pray, it was kinda weird that they didnt play it even tho they practiced it 3 hours before the show.

Good Monty set. I'm just very confused as to why they are playing Between the Sheets first instead of last...and ending with a new song? Kinda lame but I guess I know most of the words so it's okay. I'm still super upset they've officially cut In This Legacy from their sets. That's always been my favorite. How was "The Stand"? That's the only song you have listed that I don't know/haven't heard.
And hmm RJA...If I end up being able to go to this, I guess I'll stay for the first few songs to see how they are and leave if they're bad. I'm not much of a fan, especially of their new album and their live show has always been awful but I'll give them another chance on this tour.

you should not worry about not liking rja's new album
they only play 3 songs off it, in san diego they played two :(
About The Stand.. I really dont know what to tell you about that song, I dont really remember it...
but overall it was an awesome show, so I guess it was an awesome song :P
during one song they got out two extra drums, steve emptied a bottle of water on them, he and ryan started playing with them and looking at that (combined with superb lights) it looked AWESOME

Haha, honestly, I don't even know if I'd notice the difference between the songs live. Like I said, I'm not a big fan. I think the only songs I'd recognize are Face Down, Damn Regret, and Your Guardian Angel. And hahah it's okay. I love the other 3 new songs that they're playing so I'm sure that will be similar. The new album is going to be so solid. Did they mention a release date? I keep hearing 9/22, but I haven't heard it from a legit source yet.
And yes, that would be Dublin Waltz. They always do that and it's always one of the coolest parts of their set! Not necessarily the water bottle part, but they always bright out the extra drums and play them as an intro to that song.

Yeah, September 22nd is the official release date for the new album! I'm so stoked, I LOVE Wall Of People.
You should go to the show, you will NOT regret it.
The whole band came out after the show in san diego, and I got to take pictured with steve and ryan, and got a shirt signed by the whole band.
They are really cool dudes, this was my first time seeing them.
Also, this band called The Dares, they play after Go Radio!, I don't know if you've heard about them, they're a 3-piece pop-punk band, they have an awesome sound, they reminded me the whole time of Blink-182.

Oh, it's not a matter of deciding if I want to go or not. I just have to wait 'til I get my school fall schedule to make sure I have no Tuesday evening classes. Monty Are I is my favorite live band and has been pretty much since the first time I saw them a few years ago. They just kill it live. And yeah, all of them are great guys (Mike's the only one I haven't ever talked to but I doubt he's any different). I haven't heard of either of those opening bands but I'll for sure go check that band out right now.
Edit: Damn, yeah, they've got a really solid sound. I really like them. Thanks! They sound like they could have a really awesome, energetic set. How was Go Radio?

They suck at taking advantage of a long set though. I know that some bands were playing 7 songs w/ plenty of talking in between for a 30min warped set. They could totally fit In This Legacy in a 45 minute set. Oh well. Yes, please let me know how that song is. I already know most of the words to the other 3 songs so I'm stoked on those. Hope is so damn good.
Haha yes! I'm expecting MAI's to be my album of the year atleast so far from what I've heard. We've been waiting for this for sooo long. So excited.

This was the set times for the bands in San Diego:
Go Radio! 6:30 - 7:00
The Dares 7:15 - 7:45
Monty Are I 8:05 - 8:45
RJA 9:15 - 10:15

Oh, well they posted a bulletin saying they'd have a 45 minute set on this tour. Still long enough to play more songs, but they always play fewer songs than they could potentially have so I'm not really suprised. I'm glad they threw in Tie Off Your Veins though because we didn't get that at Warped.

oh shit...I figured Hope was ANCHOR AND HOPE.....DAMMIT! 4 new songs and 4 "old"? I'm not really a fan of that at all!!!

Nope, Hope is new. I'd be pissed if I didn't know any of the new songs. I understand they're pushing the new album but it's kind of ridiculous they're only playing 8 songs and only 4 of them are old. I'm okay with it because I've already managed to memorize Break Through, Hope, and One In A Million. Haha. They're incredible live regardless. Hell, one of my warped dates they played 3 new/3 old and I was still happy. It's Monty. It doesn't get much better than that.

It might be good for them, but I've heard about them giving PRP! problems. And apparently they suck at releasing shit. I just hope that the 'behind the scenes' type stuff is better than what we see. Hopefully it's good for MAI being on a major label. They still barely have any exposure though. They deserve a lot more.

Ridiculous. They've got a few more fans out here on the east coast, atleast. I mean, they don't have massive crowds or anything but I'm just happy seeing a bunch of kids singing along..and even just seeing kids wearing their shirts at random shows I go to. true, lonely road is just not that good. I don't blame them for taking a risk and changing styles. They tried to turn into more of a pop punk sort of band and it just didn't work out. Its not the music they excel at writing. One major issue i had with the new album is they seemed to have lost all their catchiness

Were you at the show Tuesday? RJA was HORRID like usual. Why do they play most of their songs slower than they are on the album and why did Ronnie feel the need to stall in between EVERY song!
Monty Are I blew them out of the fucking water.
