yeah, but thats cause they each lost one game, its not like the tourney is double elimination. yes this does make them a little more over rated but not that much.

good. 2 examples of like 5 or so teams in bowl games. i know northwestern blew it against UCLA. I think wisconsin was in one and lost. a couple teams generally do alright but the rest of the teams that make a bowl suck.

Everyone was saying how they were the best conference in college basketball but not one team made it to the elite 8. It was a competitive conference with a fair amount of good teams.

Yeah it is. I think it is partly because they can't train year round. High schoolers in Michigan can't go outside for more than ten minutes before their fingers are numb. So, unless they belong to a gym, they aren't able to practice. Same deal with football, Texas teams and Florida teams, can practice in good weather for spring drills, and Michigan teams can't do it very well.

the big ten wasnt too strong this year compared to where they ussually are. im surprised some people argue that the big east wasnt as strong as people say when i was nothing but impressed with the competition level this year, and im loving the mvc emerging in the tournament. these upsets are awesome to watch.
