Indie pop...? Just trust me, it's good. It's pretty upbeat, so yes, I would say it's fun to listen to.

"Be Calm", "Barlights", and "Take Your Time (Coming Home)" are early faves on the album... although it's too hard to pick just one, because every song is so great.

sounds like dog problems... a little poppier and more upbeat i would say? i've been hearing a lot of people say it's better than dog problems musically, but i prefer dog problems actually. that album just blew me away. but this one is excellent too. i highly recommend it.

if only all pop was this good.
the songs are so smartly written and put together, experimental without being inaccessible, and just delightful to listen to and take in even if they're not all about happy fun subjects. i love fun. and nate ruess' voice just draws you in. it's addictive; just makes you want to listen over and over.
i mean, it's not the best album i've ever heard, but it really is good. really good.
