His interviews are always interesting. I can't wait for that book Deathwish was talking about.

dude yes that book!
Wes is the greatest vocalist of hardcore ever...all other arguements just arent valid. He's one of a very small club of vocalists in real hardcore with his own style, and his lyrics to me rival John Lennon and the other top writers of all time. No one realizes how much hes copied, but listen to ETID and tell me Keith Buckley didnt worship Wes. Whats funny about him is tho, he completely downtalks current hardcore and calls it out for the true garbage it is, and yet is still one of the more respected doods in the genre. I just would love to see him in a better band, cuz he could change the entire face of hardcore forever.

His name is Wes Eisold, the interview got it wrong. Some Girls embodies the entire attitude Wes has toward hardcore, and music in general, and if you don't get them then obviously you don't get his attitude. Truly a remarkable lyricist. He's also starting a publishing company of sorts at www.theheartworm.com (http://www.theheartworm.com).
for a second....i thought it was "spice girls"

yeah see i have 'all my friends...' and all the songs kinda sound the same. i love reading the lyrics, but i thought give up the ghost was much better.

good interview...minus the fact that it was most likely done through email
some girls have all the fuck.
eh, this interview just kinda made me bummed because it confirmed that an AN reunion will never happen.

well said man, well said.
i think Some Girls has too much The Locust and Not Enough Give Up The Ghost (but then there's Modern Life Is War for that now, isn't there)
Bring back American Nightmare!!!
