seinfeld is good for a whole episode but simpsons is so damn quotable...

umm of all time? neither. for the best shows you have to go way back to old nickalodeon. pete and pete, clarissa explains it all, old doug, hey dude, slaute your shorts. THOSE are the classics.

i forgot south park... prolly because it got crap in the 3rd or 4th series but its brilliant again now... i also forgot 8 simple rules for dating my teenage daughter! cause that is as good as any of that nick crap... cept maybe doug!

out of those two its seinfeld, but the best sitcom ever is still FAMILY GUY.

......Like I say, always good to call people idiots because they dont have the same likes and dislikes in TV shows as you do.

And you're wrong. South Park is great, and Seinfeld was consistently funny until it's end. Simpsons is now a load of crap, barely ever funny, and when it started they tried to have to much plot and it also sucked. Seinfeld was good beginning to end.

I like both, but I like Seinfield more. Seinfield has so many great episodes. Everytime I see/hear one of the actors from Seinfield, I recognize them by their character name, not the actor's. I instantly recognize "Puddy" but I have no clue what his real name is.

Does anyone know if they are making a DVD collection?

Friends does kick ass. Joey Is the man. But of the 2 given, Seinfeld. It is one of the few sitcoms that never "jumped the shark" to use the cliche. It was constently hilarious with few weak episodes. The Simpsons reached its peak 6 or 7 episodes. It went from a show about Springfield to a show about Homer and Bart and what unbelievable schemes they can get involved with.
