That book is great. The first time I read it I actually didn't like it, but it grew on me and now I love it.

I've tried time and time and time again to listen to music to help me fall asleep but I can never get into a deep sleep, just the kind when you're half asleep and semi-aware of what's going on. Of course, it probably doesn't help that I have chronic insomnia...
