Mixtape Help!

So I recently decided after hearing a few Northstar and Elliot songs it made me want to get into more bands that I missed the boat on including some older bands that I have missed. If someone could make me a solid mix tape of like 12 songs from these bands and bands like them (Northstar, Elliot, Texas Is The Reason, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Get-up Kids etc.). I obviously won't have these songs so if you could hook me up with them that would be amazing!
