Resistance is something that measures how difficult it is for electricity to flow through a component. It is measured in units of oms ( ) and you calculate resistance by dividing voltage (V) by currents (I). Resistance changes with length, for example, the longer a piece of wire is, the further distance the electricity has to travel, and so the resistance will be higher. Resistance also changes with thickness; if a piece of wire is thicker then the electricity will have more room to travel, and so it will be easier and the resistance will be lower. The type of metal also affects resistance because copper, for example, is a good conductor and so resistance will be lower. Also, the temperature affects it, because the hotter the wire is, the higher the resistance will be. Resistance can be measured by a parallel circuit, as shown below.

i seriously would if i didn't have a test friday. we are reviewing today and wednesday so i actually have to go and pay attention. i have hit the point in my semester where i have no motivation to do anything besides be at home with my friends for the summer.

i am an office manager at a third party moving services company. we arent a moving company, but they hire us to do the stuff they dotn want to be liable for. so we disconnect/reconnect appliances, disassemble/reassemble furniture, wooden swingsets, pool tables, etc, and crate items that are fragile and breakable so they make it to destination in one piece, and we also uncrate. i do invoicing, dispatching, scheduling, etc. basically everything because i work alone in the office.
