So I was cleaning out my basement and found my Death Cab For Cutie Transatlanticism album and popped it in my computer.

It brought back so many good memories, It's all i've been listening to today. Tiny Vessels never gets old.

Chroma by Cartel. It was the Summer I met my fiance. That summer I was out all night every night doing things that I never would have seen myself doing (In a good way) and connecting to people I never knew existed. Chroma was our record for that summer.

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah- Clap Your Hands Say Yeah: That was the first real indie album I ever bought and the one that got me into that scene.
Weezer- Pinkerton: I've had this album since I was like 10 (it was possibly the first album I owned?), and I haven't stopped loving it.
Elvis Costello- My Aim Is True, Talking Heads- Little Creatures: Two albums my dad played nonstop in the car when I was little. By the time I was five I knew all of the words to "Allison", "Red Shoes", "And She Was", and "Road to Nowhere".
Aphex Twin- Richard D. James Album: I got this when I was 15 or so, and it was just so beautiful I couldn't even comprehend it. It got me into electronic music and remains one of my favorite albums to this day.

Pretty much most of my favorites from the 90's:

The Wallflowers - Bringing Down The Horse
Counting Crows - August & Everything After
Third Eye Blind - S/T
Oasis - Morning Glory
Matchbox Twenty - Yourself or Someone Like You

others, from this decade

John Mayer - Heavier Things
Jimmy Eat World - Futures/Chase This Light
Matt Nathanson - Some Mad Hope

Probably a lot more, but these I can all tie to one specific year or season.
