I just saw a report on MSNBC that Geraldo Rivera was kicked out of his embedded unit, the 101st Airborne, because he was drawing troop positions in the sand on camera.....what a jackass.

He sucks anyway. It seems that he almost always talks about himself getting the story and the risks he had to take. I think this war is setting a precedent with the press coverage.

I wonder if he was trying to bypass rules about that. For example, he can't verbally say where they are, but he thought maybe he could draw it. Just guessing though.

Good. The fewer reporters out there, the better. The Iraqis could just watch CNN and get all the intelligence that they need at this point.

haha- you know- i love looking at Time and reading details of the war plan, or a reporter saying "Bush will be leaving Andrews AFB at 11:32 am and take Airforce one to Washington at 2:11 pm. We give away a lot in American Media... its mostly due to the fact that Americans today, I think, want the information spoon fed fast and live- if not- they get mad.
