As a fan of both Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, I am going to have to say this looks much better than expected, the graphics are far-superior to the rest of the stargate franchise and the acting looking good too.

Saw it the other night off surfthechannel. I think hulu has it as well.
I actually liked it - I think it looks cool. I look forward to more episodes.

This show isn't too bad, I've seen the first three episodes and they are decent. I got tired of SG-1 after season 8 and Atlantis after season 2 but I'll keep watching for sure.

Episode was awesome. So much happened in that hour. I still feel like there's things Rush isn't saying that he knows. I assume we also got the answer to the question of the pod that peeled off the ship in the earlier episodes.

"Lost" was such an excellent episode. Then fast forward to last weeks episode and the three of them just randomly happen to jump back on the ship without any trouble? That bothered me.

I liked it. I didn't think it was great. Maybe it's because I remember feeling so excited after the finale, that the resolution was just kind of underwhealming I suppose.
I like how chloe (sp) was bleeding to death and then 3 minutes later she's up and walking around.

love this show. I couldn't get into the other stargate shows but this I can. To say its a tv show, i think it has brilliant graphics and a good cast. looking forward to more.
This show actually got me into SG-1. I ended up watching the whole series over the summer.
This past episode's ending was shocking. Poor Riley...

really? It was definitely very sad, but I thought overall the episode was kind of underwhelming. Maybe it's because I thought the finale was so great... and compared to that I guess I'm just getting bored, I hope it starts to get exciting.

It doesn't look like she's going to last much longer. I haven't really enjoyed this season that much except for the most recent episode. The string of constant hallucination episodes were a real slump for me.

Yeah I agree. Several of those episodes felt like fillers/could have been summed up in like ten minutes. Hopefully the momentum will just keep going up.
Canceled. Fuck Syfy. The last 10 are already filmed. There will be a cliffhanger ending for the series.

Wasn't into this series at all.
This was my favorite of the stargates. No week-to-week exploration bull shit. Actual characters that you can connect with. Total shit that this is canceled.

I'm not shocked that its canceled, but I'm definitely upset about it. And I agree with what you said about the characters. I felt like I got to know them and sympathized with their struggles trying to survive. I really enjoyed following them throughout the show. Unlike SG1 with a dozen (or something) seasons and all I did was watch an episode here or there without feeling like I was a part of their adventures.
Hopefully they are granted something to end the storylines, whether it is a a tv-movie or a 5 episode story arc or something. It's be awful of SyFy to screw over the fans of their most profitable franchise of all time by leaving us with no closure.

I really enjoyed the latest episode and hope they keep up the quality. I wasn't a huge fan of many episodes in the first half of the season.
Holy SHIT, that was the best episode of this show EVER!

What a beautiful ending. I know they finished filming before the announcement that it was over, but they had to have known. A cliffhanger, but not like in season 1 where it was painful to wait. Hopefully they can find a new home for the show within the next three years.

Just finished the series. I agree, the ending was pretty sad.
PS - Episode 38... was such a tearjerker!
It ended in such an amazing way. The original ending was going to be Eli going into a pod, and Rush and Young flipping a coin to see who would stay out, with it cutting to black mid flip. Then the show would return with an episode about Rush going mad living alone on the ship for three years and having delusions, only to reveal at the end of episode one he was in a pod and Young was really on the outside.
So glad they realized that was bad and switched it so that Eli could come full circle.
