I watced "Dog Day Afternoon" the other day. It is an older film with Al Pacino, he actually is pretty good in it (no it seems like he overacts in everything he does). It was based on a true story and was pretty cool.

yea i don't blame you... but it's hard for me to start a movie w/o finishing it... i had to at least give it a chance. i shouldn't have tho... it had to be one of the lamest movies ever.

i wanna see that. Robin williams is my favorite (i love his live on Broadway) and i would really like to see him again in a more serious role.

That movie was fucking weird. It was cool when the blood came shooting out of his eyes though.

See i saw One hour photo too but I thought it was very well done, the shots where AMAZING and the way it was create was Amazing as well, the story was Pretty cool. Most people didnt like the ending but I thought that was a great way to end it. (I wont explain since not everyone has seen it) but i say it was worth the money to rent.

hahaha very good point, the American Revolution was NOT like that. Ive read countless books on the Revolution (yes i am a history loser....sue me) and it was not like that at all. Although the Bad guy was A real man but by the name of Tarlington, who actually survived the war and became apart of Parlament but the actions shown in the movie itself were many times the actions he would have taken. Mel Gibson's character is based on 2 real life people both named Francis Marion, and Daniel Morgan. Both aspects and historys of these men created the character for Mel Gibson. yes i know you probably dont care so i will end it with

the movie was Glorified much yes, but entertaining as well worth renting, not sure on buying.

I saw it the night it came put. It was pretty good (and like many King movies), it built up and then just ended. Personally, I enjoyed it, but others who went with me thought differently. It was different, I can tell you that. It is not scary, just really gory.

I love history, but I can't find anything useful to do for a career, so unless I become a history teacher, I'm afraid to waste my life with it. I'd like to be successful and I don't see many historians rolling in dough.
