Are you serious? I would love that so much.

first, the real question is: will minnesota get their pick in on time?
second, there is no way White drops past every team and lands at 32.

that would be excellent, except they have Duce, Willie and Haynes already...I'm guessing they'd drop Duce if they picked up Lendale White

Yeah, he could anchor what is a very young defense. Now taht the 49ers are out of their cap hell for the most part, they should actually be able to do better. If only they didn't have small handed Alex Smith

I know, I'd be really suprised to see White drop that far...

Don't call me dumb, it's only a mock draft..it means nothing. The Jets are pretty desperate, if Vick is not in the first round anywhere, which he probably won't be, I just figure I'd throw him in there. Regardless of his Wonderlic tests or his asshole attitude..it's for fun so I just picked him randomly, lol.

Right, but you don't have to throw logic out the window in doing it. Why would Tampa Bay draft DeAngelo when they got the Cadillac last year?
And good thing bringing up Marcus Vick, I forgot the tiebreaker.

i won't call you dumb, i will just assume that you forgot that the saints signed drew brees to play quarterback for them. Drafting young with the second pick would make absolutely no sense. Unless of course they want to get rid of brees so they can have that "chocalate city" that the mayor wants so badly.

don't do that, it will be more fun for people to see it and laugh at your mistake, haha
also, you have leinert going to buffalo, but they already have a young qb (project) in jp losman. Plus, im pretty sure tenn needs a quarterback since steve mcnair is old and he is verrrryyyy injury prone.

thats why im waiting until closer to the date- young impressed people at his workout, and he's scheduling workouts with the Texans AND the Jets. that could throw off the draft, big time.

depends on who they asked, espn did this whole thing with sean salisbury saying how great he looked and then they had a quote from one scout saying he wasn't very impressive. Plus he ran the 40 slower than expected. And please do not tell me it is because he was not prepared because he hadn't planned to run the 40. The guy is a (almost) professional athlete and he is still training hard for the draft. He should be able to run at any time.
Also, i do not think the jets are going to draft him. they already picked up ramsey, they have soooo many whole to fill. Ramsey is still young and talented. And he wont have to be developed as much as a rookie quarterback.

the jets are looking for a quarterback still. leinart, young or cutler will be drafted by the jets in april.
a majority of the scouts said they were impressed with youngs throwing ability, he went 49-54 in the workout, with one dropped pass. he threw deep passes accurately, and thats what the scouts are looking at- his throwing ability, not if he can run they know he can.

the lions should take huff at #9.
but they'll be retarded and trade their entire draft for the #1 pick so they could take santonio holmes or something ridiculous.

i watched the report on sportscenter when they interviewed some people at the combine. All of them said he did well. But of course they are going to say that. Nobody is going to go on camera and say, "No, i think he did a poor job today." But they did quote an unnamed scout who said that he waited a while after the receivers had broke to make his throws and he wasn't really that impressive.

i like how little faith you have in the lions. seriously.
i'm a bills fan, so i understand how frustrating football can be. knowing your team won't make any moves that make sense or get you excited for the next season.

yeah, it gets ridiculous. we had a running back, who i think was the best ever, (or minimum top 3 of all time) and we didn't do anything. we surrounded him with great talent like scott mitchell and brett perrimen.. ooooooh.
if it weren't for the red wings for the last ten years, and the re-emergence of the pistons, detroit would be in the top three for the "most depressing professional sports city" award.

maybe i have high standards, but i think every starting quarterback from a major conference football team should be able to throw 54 passes with 8 or less incompletions with no pressure in their face what-so-ever.

the whole scott mitchell thing still boggles my mind. he had one good game filling in for marino. so obviously, the logical thing is to throw a shitload of money at him to be your starting quarterback.
that team is basically nothing but years and years of horrible decisions. i try to like the lions every year, just for fun. but they make it so hard.

yeah. maybe they're the reason why i prefer college football to pro football. but even at that, in college i'm a michigan state fan, and they don't make it much easier to like football.
and the lions won't matter in the nfl until the fords sell the damn team. which they won't because they bank tons on the lions.

they'd bank tons more if they had any fucking clue how to spend what they make even remotely intelligently.

mike illitch and bill davidson should be given the team if they suck next year. and they will suck next year.

This is really bad. Why would Seattle draft a linebacker when they drafted two last year and just signed julius peterson
