Amare is coming back. You are all in big trouble now.

why are people convinced that because he's cleared to play that he'll immediately be 100% himself and dominate like never before? Also, the suns have played so well together without him, no flow will be interrupted, or chemistry to be thrown off course?

He wont be 100%, clearly. But the Suns have played leaps and bounds better than what was expected without him, and aside from maybe a some getting used to having him back out there, he can only help the team.

So great!! Once he gets back into playing shape the suns will be extremely tough to beat. The spurs are the only team that i really worry about for the suns.

im not saying this to piss you off, just saying in general. if the suns faced the kings first round, it could be scary. i remember earlier in the season when the kings beat them by nearly 30 wihtout peja, shareef or bonzi.

I dont think anybody really wants to play them the first round, but they still seem a bit inconsistant to me. I hope the suns dont have to match up with them the first round though. Pippen was talking about this match up earlier as well saying it would be a good series but thought the suns would be too much for them. I can see where you are coming from though

they're only as inconsistent as Artest right now. since the trade, they're 8-1 when he can shoot 44% or better. when they have that third scoring option, they are potent. they're reasonably deep. they have good role players in Kenny Thomas, Rahim and Martin on occasion. and Bibby and Miller are two incredible players that have done extremely well in the playoffs, and ARCO arena is infamous for being unforgiving to visiting teams. if Sac can pull one out early in Pheonix, the Suns will have their hands full. it'll be a great series.

Stupid, stupid decision. Amare's putting his career at risk for 20-30 games (playoffs pending.) If he hurts himself again, his career could be over. This really makes me nervous.

yep. same surgery penny hardaway had, he came back to soon. and he had a better career prior to surgery than amare did...he came back to soon, and well, we all know what happened there. i think amare should just sit it out.

I still think the Suns will be too much for them to handle, especially if stoudemire is back and playing some what effective

This really makes me nervous. It makes me nervous as well. I only want him coming back if he is 100% which doesn't seem to be the case after I read it. The suns organization should know that though, since they spent 70 something million dollars on him and know how good of a year they are still having without him. I just pray everything works out good and he comes back and stays healthy and able to get to the effectiveness that he had last season (though that might take a while)

I hope he can develop enough in Phoenix too. The guy is so young and he needs Nash to keep feeding him the ball so his game can develop to the point where he can kick ass without a guy like Nash creating looks for him underneath.
