not sure how legit wikipedia is for this, but:

Sufjan has recently released news via his record label website that he is working on new material and that he will appear at All Tomorrow’s Parties New York, which is a music festival in New York. His new material will be rearranged versions of his old album Enjoy Your Rabbit for strings, performed by the Osso String Quartet, and will be entitled Run Rabbit Run. The album is set to be released on October 6th, 2009.

He's actually got 2 albums coming out this year, The BQE and Run Rabbit Run. I just found this out the other day

That sounds really cool though, is it arranged by him? Because i would love to hear the EYR stuff done with strings and not just electronic weirdness.
But yes, The BQE looks very strange, hopefully awesome
