I love Taking Back Sunday dont get me wrong but I think its hilarious that as many times as ive attempted to post news about smaller bands that it never gets posted yet there are countless TBS and MCR and Fall Out Boy news articles every day.

I understand that more people are going to want to hear more about those bands but damn come on how many journal entries does someone need to read about the size of pete wentz dick. I know I dont give a fuck about it and I dont understand why anyone else cares. Im just saying that it seems like this website is becoming a machine for the bigger bands that can dole out the money for support and such and if the smaller bands need any hype behind their stuff its ignored.

When my grandma stops dying, I'm not depressed due to that and personal situations going on in my life, my real fulltime job isn't driving me insane and Pete doesn't have three hell filled weeks back-to-back-to-back, then we'll get the chance to put the finishing touches on it ... just for you.

Let me know when Alternative Press, Rolling Stone and MTV are saturated with bands 99% of their readers / viewers have never heard of and don't care about, then we'll follow their lead. In all seriousness, we cover a lot of smaller bands; however, we can't cover every single one. You know why? Well, honestly, no one would want to read this site if we did. The purpose of this site is to keep fans up-to-date on all their fave bands while OCCASIONALLY introuducing them to new, smaller ones. We cover what we want and are not obligated to post about anything we don't like or just because a band is "small." The smaller bands that get posted on here mind you are the ones that keep trying and don't go into random threads to bitch and moan.

I have seen news about the band occasionaly on this site but rarely and they are a smaller band but by far not just some shitty local band. But I can see that its not going to matter what I say or believe because how could anyone that works for this website ever do any wrong. I love this website and I come here everyday, many times a day, so dont take this as a complete bash because that is not how I want it to come across. It would just restore my faith in the people here and the website itself if maybe once I saw news posted about the band I have posted for. But if not oh well. Oh and lastly I have tried many many times to get things posted and it never works. Dont worry you accomplished youre goal, I wont attempt it again. Ill be looking to the next Fall Out Boy news post.

yo, not that Jared needs validation but he's being straight with you dillinisgood and if the band is good he or Ryan will pass it on. There are alot of bands that would love to be talked about here , look at myspace, they are all over bigger band spaces. So don't get depressed just keep pushing the bands you believe in, hell I've been doing it for some time now. Race The Sun and newly reformed The Varsity along with Monday In London and House Of Fools. I could keep going but you get the point. Good luck to you and the bands you like!

okay. so. i agree with this smaller bands thing... but people are simple minded...but also some people like me, think that the more famous bands should also get some news


so.. show some love to unsigned... and equal love to famous.
