It's basically all news compact for people who want all their video games news is one spot, website layout is looking to improve if more people follow.
Thanks for checking it out, I am also accepting constructive criticism.

It's a blog....would you ask any other person who put together a blog that? It's just a hobby.
a blog needs original content if it's going to go anywhere, and so far this looks like it's just pulling stories from other sites. i can find all this (and more) at joystiq or kotaku. you need to find your hook that'll keep people checking your site. i like the name, though.

so... its just VoodooExtreme? I remember reading that site back in like, 2002.
You literally wrote a line for each story. That's not even a blog.

This is a poor mans N4G. Despite all the flame bait articles, it provides one of, if not the largest and latest amount of gaming news from different sources.

N4G is worse than this guy's blog. They promote the stupidest stories and reject quality written articles for the most mundane reasons.

The majority of his posts have been on N4G. A lot of fanboy articles do get hot, but it's also a great place to find the latest news when anyone can submit stories at any time. It also covers a lot more news than professional sites like IGN or 1up and has a simple layout. It's pretty easy to ignore those flame bait articles and the comments along with them, even though I read them anyway.

You seriously don't need a video game website other than Kotaku and Gametrailers.com

I generally check both of them as well. I always watch GT's reviews. I still stand by N4G. It was also the first place the Project Trico (The Last Guardian) trailer was revealed aside from the guys main website as he submits news frequently on it.

It's not really a competition my brother made it and asked me to post it, he just likes video games. But all those sites are missing things, ign does not have all news listed (you would have to search around to find what you wanted) same for gamespot. And joystiq doesn't have reviews/forums or at least I don't think they do. He wants it to essentially be like an absolutepunk...but for games.
Sorry to quote just you, you were first and it was just easiest. I thank everyone for checking it out though

If you want anyone to follow, you need to change it immediately.

G4.com is not bad.

OK, I mean this in the nicest way possible, but your site doesn't offer me anything. You said it yourself, you have to search around for news on other websites. But your site didn't say anything about Call Of Juarez DLC, or that Red Faction is getting patched, or that R-Type is the deal of the week on Xbox Live.
The main problem is that there are websites which offer what you are doing. http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/ is a good example.
Honestly the best idea if you want to seriously blog about video games is to write some original content (And not just one or two lines, real stories) and send them to any and every blog editor you can find. Doesn't matter how big or small they are. Realistically it will be easier to get picked up from another blog than start your own.
P.S. Why did you do it if your brother is the one who wants it? Can't he just make the blog himself?

Bottom line, the web site is cool just for fun, but no one is gonna read it. They are always going to go to the more 'official' sites. I mean this in the nicest way possible. Sites like Ign and stuff have dozens/hundreds of employees keeping them running, and people STILL complain about some of those sites.

No, he made it I just made this thread because he asked me too. He's only 13 years old I'm just doing him a favor...because we're brothers

If you want your blog to be taken seriously you should learn the difference between there, their, and they're.
